It is a constant fight and struggle to keep improving habits. One time you are doing the good habit daily for a long streak. Just to see some weeks later that you didn´t do it for quite some time.
I now try to figure it out, but it stays difficult. The only think I know is that restarting a good habit is always worth it. And maybe, just maybe, does it stick this time and will later improve the quality of my life enormously.
Until then I will just keep on trying, failing and trying again my best.
